Russia Bauxite Crushing Plant 450 t/h Manufacturer

Bauxite is ground to less than 1.5 mm particle size at the refinery, using semi-autogenous grinding mills to ensure sufficient solid-liquid contact during the digestion phase, which improves alumina extraction efficiency. A solution of hot concentrated sodium hydroxide liquor, taken from the recycled caustic liquor circuit, is added to the bauxite during grinding to produce a slurry. The slurry is pumped to a series of holding tanks prior to the next stage of the Bayer process

In the clarification stage of the process, undissolved ore solids are separated from the green liquor. This is achieved using large clarification vessels (mud thickeners), which allow the undissolved bauxite solids to settle out. These bauxite solids are then passed through a counter-current washing train (mud washers) using water to recover as much of the caustic as possible to enable it to be returned to the recycled caustic liquor circuit.

Ball Mills Manufacturers in Russia

The grinding process in ball mills and vertical roller mills differ fundamentally. In a ball mill the comminution takes place by impact and attrition. The comminution in the vertical roller mill takes place by exposing a bed of material to a pressure sufficiently high to cause fracture of the individual particles in the bed, although the majority of the particles in the bed are considerably smaller than the thickness of the bed. It is thus necessary that a stable and consistent grinding bed is formed between the rollers and the table of the vertical roller mill, able to sustain such a pressure without the material being squeezed away from the pressure zone. Our ball mills system have exported to Turkey , Australia , Singpore, Indonesia, Vietnam , Iran, India, Chile, Venezuela, Libya, Angola, Kenya, South Africa, Pakistan , Yeman, Eygpt, Nigeria, Tajikistan , Saudi Arabia , Zimbabwe, Dubai, Vietnam.

Gold Mining Equipment for Sale Russia

The easiest gold to access, and which is most commonly mined, is gold formed by placer deposits. Placer deposits are the result of weathering or erosion of lode deposits. Small fragments of gold are broken off of the mother lode, and carried away by wind, water, or gravity. Most commonly streams and rivers will pick up the gold particles and then deposit them further downstream. The size of these fragments varies and can range from dust to nugget-sized particles, however they are usually relatively small due to the fact that gold is dense and difficult to transport.
