Introduction of the sand-making process

Large stones are conveyed from vibrating feeding machine to jaw crusher to make a coarse crushing, and then sent by belt conveyor to the sand machine for secondary crushing. After two-step crushing, materials are carried to the vibration screen for screening, so semi-finished products are divided into several grades according to the granularity requirement.

Finished products reaching the required size are carried to the sand-washing machine for cleaning. For those not meeting the required size will be reworked back from the vibration screen to the sand machine, forming a closed circuit.
